Leading Strategic and Organizational Change: Bridging Theory and Practice to be Published in 2008
Management Systems is proud to announce that Leading Strategic and Organizational Change: Bridging Theory and Practice by Dr. Eric Flamholtz and Dr. Yvonne Randle will be published in Spring 2008 by Cambridge University Press.
In Leading Strategic and Organizational Change: Bridging Theory and Practice, the authors present examples of successful and unsuccessful change in real companies. They draw upon theory as well as their own research and expertise, presenting a practical "framework" for understanding, planning and leading change.
