Global Affiliates
Management Systems’ “Global Affiliates” are independent consultants that have been trained, licensed and certified in our firm’s conceptual frameworks and proprietary organizational and leadership development methodologies. Our international affiliates are knowledgeable in their local markets and are able to use our proven frameworks and methods to assist their clients.
All of our affiliates have been licensed and certified to deliver the conceptual foundation of the Management Systems’ Frameworks and Methods to their clients. This foundation includes:
- Organizational Effectiveness Surveys;
- The Organizational Assessment Tool;
- The Pyramid of Organizational Development™ and Stages of Organizational Growth.
Some affiliates have received advanced training and are licensed and certified to deliver additional Management Systems tools such as Strategic Planning, Performance Management, specific Leadership Development modules, and Culture Management.
While our affiliates typically independently deliver our services in their local markets, we at Management Systems in the USA sometimes partner with an affiliate to jointly deliver services in the United States or in their country.
