Dr. Yvonne Randle,
Executive Vice President

Dr. Yvonne Randle, who joined Management Systems in 1983, has broad experience in helping company leaders build sustainably successful organizations. Her expertise includes facilitating the strategic planning process, helping companies manage their corporate cultures, and assisting corporate leaders in developing effective organizational structures and performance management systems.

In addition, she is a very experienced and highly effective designer and provider of Management and Leadership Programs.  In this role, Dr. Randle has worked with a variety of companies to design and deliver programs ranging in length from a few days to six weeks.  Working with individuals and teams, ranging from front line supervisors to CEOs, Dr. Randle helps executives develop the skills necessary to excel.

Yvonne has worked with companies of all sizes - from entrepreneurships to member of the Fortune 500.  Her clients have included Amgen, Baskin-Robbins, Princess Cruises, Bell-Carter Foods, EAS, Emergent BioSolutions, GOJO Industries, Inova Health Systems, Guilford Pharmaceuticals, LifeScan (subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson), Mannkind, Infogix, Melvin Simon & Associates (now Simon Properties), Mövenpick Gastronomy Switzerland), Navistar International Transportation Corp., PacifiCare, PowerBar, Grocery Outlets, Robbins Brothers, Rose Hills, Pardee Homes (a Weyerhaeuser company), Techmer PM, Surgitek (subsidiary of Bristol Meyers), Tommy Bahama, Van's and The Kusto Group (Kazakhstan).

Yvonne has worked with a number of non-profit organizations during her tenure with Management Systems. Her non-profit clients have included Head Start (where she is a nationally recognized resource), Crystal Stairs, Southern California Presbyterian Homes, the American Legion, Pasadena Unified School District, the National Association of Women Business Owners (at the local and national levels), the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce, InterfaithFamily, the Los Angeles Education Foundation, Stanislaus County Child and Family Services Division, Cen-Clear Child Services, and Delta Dental of Missouri. Dr. Randle has also presented seminars and workshops for organizations such as TRW, Intel, the American Legion, Hughes Electronics, NAWBO-LA, SHRM, and the Forbes Presidents Forum.

Dr. Randle is the co-author of The Inner Game of ManagementChanging the Game: Managing Organizational Transformations of the First, Secondand Third Kinds, and Growing Pains (4th Edition), Leading Strategic Change, and Corporate Culture:  The Ultimate Strategic Asset.

Yvonne has served as a lecturer in the MBA program of the University of California, Los Angeles and is a frequent instructor in Executive Education Programs at UCLA's Anderson School. She received her Ph.D. in management from UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management and a Master's Degree in public health from UCLA. Dr. Randle earned her undergraduate degree from Stanford University.
