The research article "Organizational Challenges Faced by Polish Family Businesses" by Eric Flamholtz and Dariusz Brzezinski was published in polish as part of a 2016 report on Poland's SME sector (Chapter 7) by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development ("PARP").
This article deals with organizational challenges faced by Polish family businesses, and applies Eric Flamholtz's concepts and frameworks on organizational development, family business functionality, and levels of organization risk and effectiveness. It is based upon research conducted by Management Systems Consulting Corporation (USA) and APAX Consulting Group (Poland) with collaboration of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development ("PARP") in 2015.
