Vietnam Affiliate Consultant
Dr. Tran Duc Vi holds key senior management and leadership positions on different organizations (with investment of more than USD 100 millions) in Singapore and Vietnam. Before becoming a member of Management Systems Global Affiliates Group, he served as Vice President of an international university, an Executive Member of Binh Duong New City "Smart City" Project, a Research Scientist at a national lab Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS), as well as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of VN2020 (the Association of Vietnamese Professionals in Singapore). While holding these positions, he has opportunities to provide his experience and expertise to senior managers and leaders of different organizations as well as young professionals to develop their organizations to the next level of development. He has been working and traveling to different countries around the world, including the USA, Singapore, China, India, Australia, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
He received his Ph.D. in Innovation in Manufacturing Systems and Technology (IMST) from the Singapore-MIT Alliance (SMA) program, an innovative engineering and life science educational and research collaboration among three leading research universities in the world: the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
India Affiliate & US Senior Associate Consultant
Rangapriya (Priya ) Kannan-Narasimhan, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Innovation Management at University of San Diego, where she has won several faculty awards, the latest being the distinguished Steber Professorship. She has been affiliated with Management Systems Consulting Corporation for over 14 years and is a Senior Associate Consultant and an India affiliate for Management Systems. She has published extensively in the areas of strategy, organizational culture and innovation management in premier journals in the fields of strategy and innovation. In addition to teaching Growing Pains framework she has also worked on research with Dr. Flamholtz as it relates to organizational effectiveness. Currently over her sabbatical year she is a Visiting Fellow at University of Cambridge and working on projects relating to corporate innovation in emerging economies. Prior to her academic and consulting career, Priya has worked in both startups and in large corporations in Silicon Valley and in India.
Dr. Tran Duc Vi and Dr. Priya Kannan-Narasimhan will be licensed and certified in all Management Systems frameworks, methodologies and tools.
