Program On Managing Growth, Change and Succession in Family Business in Mexico

On January 15-16, 2018 Eric Flamholtz will do a program on "Managing Growth, Change and Succession in Family Business in Contemporary Mexico." The program will be held in Mexicali. The program is co-sponsored by The University of San Diego and CETYS University (Centro de Enseñanza Técnica Y Superior). The program will be attended by 25 owners of successful family business throughout Mexico.

One special feature of the program will be that all participants will complete Management Systems Proprietary Growing Pains survey and Family Business Sustainable Success survey and receive individual reports and feedback on the strengths, areas for improvement, and risks facing their family businesses. Participants will be also be able to bench mark their results against our global data base.

There will also be a special one-on-one session in which participants will meet with Eric Flamholtz, Peter Schwarz or Omar Aguilera to discuss their survey results and possible action steps to improve. All participants will also receive a signed copy of Building Family Business Champions (Stanford University Press, 2016) by Eric Flamholtz and Yvonne Randle.
