In 2012 Management Systems had the opportunity to work with the Kusto Group, Kostanai Minerals and Orenburg Minerals. Both Eric Flamholtz and Yvonne Randle flew out to Kazakhstan to work with the leadership teams of these companies and provided training on Management Systems' frameworks on organizational development and strategic planning.

We are happy to say that these companies have had success in implementing our frameworks and we recently received a letter from the CEO of Orenburg Minerals thanking Management Systems for our contributions to the growth and success of the business.
