Consulting is a local Chinese company comprised of experts from the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, and China. K.S. Consulting focuses on helping businesses achieve success through coaching and mentoring, development of organizational change, teamwork and strategic guidance. Simon is the co-founding partner as well as the general manager of K.S. Consulting. He is also one of the three Senior Certified WIAL Coach in China, Certified Facilitator of the Heart of Coaching, Certified Facilitator of Singapore Dialogue and Certified Practitioner of Emergenetics International. He is specialized in talent and organizational development with main focus on action learning，coaching & facilitation skills as the consulting methods or training contents.
Prior to K.S. Consulting, he worked for Performance Consulting International as the senior consultant to provide services for many clients from various industries including banking, insurance, security, real estate and communication sectors. With more than 10-year experience in consulting, He has provided services for over 50 action learning projects. he has accumulated no less than 500 hours in group coaching (action learning coaching), and led 20 sessions foundation courses and 15 sessions advanced courses for WIAL coach certification as the main lecturer.
Simon graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a Bachelor's Degree majored in HR management.
Tony is the co-founding partner of K.S. Consulting. He has lots of field experiences in the aspect of marketing and strategic management with the commitment of planning organizational strategy and developing marketing strategy. Tony has an in-depth study in coaching. He is a Certified Coach of WIAL, a Certified Facilitator of the Heart of Coaching and a Certified Coach of Erickson Coaching Academy. Besides he has been granted the certification of Competencies in Organization Development.
Tony has abundant experiences in working in the large-scaled FMCG companies for more than 20 years. Prior to K.S. Consulting, He used to work for Uni-President China Holdings Ltd. Guangzhou Branch, Guangdong Jiabao Group Co. Ltd., Aming Food Co. Ltd. and Seamild Group as the C-Suite executive with the titles like general manager, vice president and CEO, etc.
Tony earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree at Sichuan Polytechnic Institute (now incorporated into Xihua University). He is also the EMBA of SUN YAT-SEN University
